Pancaking!

Hey!

So in my last post I talked about "pancaking" the braid. I really do not know why it's called like that haha :). Anyway, pancaking the braid makes it look a little more smooth, soft, more natural and bigger. It does not work with a French braid.

Pancaking

This is what a pancaked Dutch braid looks like
This is what a normal Dutch braid looks like,

The Dutch Braid

Hey!

So I figuered for my first hair tutorials, I'd show you the steps of 3 basic braids: the regular braid, the French braid (begins at the op of your head) and the Dutch braid (begins at the top of your head and looks 3d). These 3 braids are very handy to learn and are the basic steps you need to know to create more difficult braids! So pay attention haha ;). I'll be posting the 3 tutorials in seperate blogposts, this one will be the regular braid. x.

The Dutch braid
This braid is very similar to the French braid. The braid kind of looks like it's sticked to your head haha :). It is a bit more difficult but very pretty!

The French braid

The French braid
This braid is a little harder than the regular braid but after some practice it should be pretty easy ;)

This braid is the easiest and the quickest.

A couple of my friends run a blog called One2Dress. I did a few hairtutorial's on their youtube channel which got many views! I really liked making those video's and decided (after they have been pushing me for a long time, haha) i'd make my own blog!

So here i am, starting a blog ;)

i'll be posting: mostly hair turorials but also diy's and other tutorial's
